China only send 3 of their second tier Women singles, and 3 of them managed to reach QF.

Zhu Lin and Chen Li had the best chance to advanced to SF tomorrow. Lu Lan will had the tough test against Xu Huai wen in QF tomorrow.

That's exact what I pointed out long time ago. Even Mia sometime did pretty good, but if she's in China, she will be definitely disapper in a larger pool of better players.

Thanks for posting all the results...
Well, looks like it's going to be a pretty good QF for the MS and WS(lots of new fresh faces in the mix)...MD's QF is interesting also.. :)
Surprised to see Mia lost to Kanako, in straight sets..
Wasn't surprise to see Eriko lost to Lu Lan, seemed like Eriko has reached her playing peak..
As for Flandy/Sigit, well, not a surprise..I guess we'll just counting down time within 1 yr, or could be sooner, til they officially pack up their bags from Pelatnas and move on..:p :)

Now I see why Malaysian open is always a 4* tournament, that way, they can guarantee Malaysian players themselves a win. ;)

Take it easy! Malaysia players have never delivered when you give them high hopes to win.

what's wif the taufu thing?

Hey, come on, malaysian players have done well it's just not this time... Even though this lee-chong-wei-defeat looks like an insane one.. Look at chong ming-kean keat when they won during a match with denmark world champion men doubles in Thomas Cup.. That's something to be proud at.. chong wei is just not fit this time or sometimes... We must look at the bright side too
