Ehm thats rite CLELY, INA in fact lost to MAS in 1992. That means INA won 3, 4 and 5 times in a row before. So this time maybe INA will go on and win 6 times in a row, simple math for dummies hehehehe............
i think MAS also have a very good chance considering MAS won 4 out of 5 when the host nation is a commonwealth country eg. SIN, ENG, MAS so its kinda home advantage i guess Having said that Kuala Lumpur has hosted the TC for 5 times in the past. And INA won 3 of those tournaments. So my crystal ball shows, againts the odds, intriguing finale between INA and MAS this year
i guess its only my wildest dream i wish im the master of divination so i can get rich easily by betting in football match hehehehe
... ..ehm, INA TC squad basically had most of the same players in 2008 (even had Candra W.) & add to that, they were playing at home...so what happened? pressure??.. Off topic- yan_brot, to find out who is Prof P and to find answers to your question, you may have to scour the Professional Players section under Malaysia Players sub-forum..
2008, playing at home and lots of expectation and pressure. Taufik played very badly and Sony is not playing well too. This time, if Taufik just being put in first single, he does not need to get that point. If Sony and Simon are on form, they should be the ones who can surprise. I think they play better when the expectations are not high.
i oredi knew who is Prof."he-whose-name-can-not-be-called" P ?? koh Limsy told me ytd ??? hihihii but Prof P doesn't show up yet ? maybe we need some special mantra to awake him ----- i did visit ur forum esp the cubby fuzzy forum

In an unprecedented move, the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) plans to call up a club shuttler to be part of its Uber Cup squad. Febe, a Djarum Kudus Badminton Club member, is the first player to make the move since the founding of the national training camp in Cipayung, East Jakarta, in 1992. “It is so nice to know that I’m the first Uber Cup team player coming from a club. By joining the Uber Cup team, I hope I can make my biggest dream come true, to be a national player,” said Febe, 20. The PBSI previously only called up players within the national camp for competitions. However, with pressure building after a succession of disappointing performances, it agreed to consider players from outside the national team system for the men’s and women’s world team championships. ----------- *Read completely through theJakartaGlobe.com link -- http://www.thejakartaglobe.com/badminton/uber-cup-club-call-up-febe-breaks-new-ground/358619
