Re: If Korea had fielded Kim/Ha for Sudirman cup.. It's anyone's guess. Notwithstanding the fact that Kim had already played in the XD at a temperature of 38 degrees celsius, head to head matches between Tony/Candra and Kim/Ha indicate that both pairs are of equal standing. Interesting question because Xu Meiyan (commentator on StarSports) was asking Zhao Jianhua if Korea would have an advantage, had they fielded Kim/Ha instead of Lee/Yoo. Zhao's reply was that the former would probably have a better chance against the Olympic champions but it didn't mean that they would definitely win. Actually I was hoping to see a WC MD finals bwt Kim/Ha and Tony/Candra. But the latter had to split...
Re: If Korea had fielded Kim/Ha for Sudirman cup.. I heard that in an internet chat room, once Zhang Jun was asked why Chinese men's doubles were so weak. Zhang said he didn't think Chinese men's double were weak. He was afraid of nobody. He said the only pair gave Chinese troubles had been Ha/Kim. Now they had problem themselves (for not showing near half year), the other could be Tony/Candra which splitted too. Zhang also said something like he cannot guaranttee winning the titles. But if he loses, that's not the problem of any, just means someone gets luckier.
Re: If Korea had fielded Kim/Ha for Sudirman cup.. Very philosophical. For every winner, there's got to be a loser...?
