I never see anybody talk about them, and it was on sale, so i figured what the heck.... played first time with it tonight.....first impression is that i like it. It feels slightly more head-heavy than an AT900T(my other racket)....maybe similar to the AT900P? I had it strung at 22x24 with BG80 and it yields plenty of power for clears.....and my smashes fell a lot harder too! Touches at the net were decent to good, but we'll see what happens after the strings mellow out a bit and i get used to the racket more. I'll revisit this thread in about a week or so, and give my impressions.

We are a distributor for Yang Yang and I prefer the Yang Yang 8000. Its a very light racket. Very quick head speed. Smashing 8-9/10. Net 8/10. Durability 6/10.
I have never seen or played with a Yang Yang racquet. All I've come across are 'Yang Yang the champion' and 'Yang Yang shuttles' Just curious: Are Yang Yang racquets any different from the vast majority out there? Or are they regular Yonex clones (like those made by Apacs and Impact)? Or do these racquets have some special feature designed by Yang Yang?

I have been using Yonex 9000 for 1 year now. And I started using two Yang Yang 8000. I found the Yang Yang a very nice racket to use. Very good overhead and at the net. But I also found that because it is a very light racket, I did snap two rackets within 12 weeks. My buisness partner also snapped a racket within 4 weeks. I feel the racket has been designed very light but the weight has reduced the durability of the racket.
Well, after multiple sessions with it, I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been playing singles and doubles with it, and for sure prefer it for singles, i think i still like my AT900t more for doubles, it's just a little bit faster for me, but not near as easy to generate power, since the Yang-Yang is REALLY head heavy. I paid US$125 for it at Badminton Alley in Sunnyvale, California, United States. I had originally wanted the Sensation110, since it's even balanced, but head heavy works fine for me! I left my bag at my girlfriends' place, but i'll post pictures when i can. In terms of durability, i've had two clashes, and so far not even a chip, so i'm happy with that.
