how to grow taller

    *chuckles* if you don't take care to not land on the ankles, you won't be able to walk properly for a good time, let alone run and jump around on the court. i'm talking through experience here :p even though the painful fall's got nothing to do with badminton :(.

    Anyway back to topic... I dont think jumping makes u grow taller....

    Yes, in fact remaining faithful is a very important factor. What you might not know is that during your sleep, between 10p.m. and 6.am is the period where most growth hormones are produced. Other foods which help increase are apples and the white parts of eggs. Avoid eating food with too much fat in it.
