You don't know the half of it. When I'm not playing I blog about badminton (www.badmintonbecky.com) or watch badminton, or make little movies from our nightly playing. Next weekend I hope to go see the China open in person! Somehow I manage to fit work into my schedule but my students know aside from class time, badminton has my priority.
Atm, everyday except Monday for 3-4 hours a day. I'd play all day if I had the time. Nothing more fun than this really.
3x a week, twice @ 2,5hrs hard play and once only for social games where quality of players varies a lot.
I try to play 2-3 times a week, for at least a couple of good Crazy Bulk results hours per session. I'd play more if it was totally up to me. In fact, one of my new years resolutions was to do that.
One day a week since the location is only open on tuesday evening for badminton. Sometimes I play two times a week when we have a competition game at the location of our opponent on a different evening.
Pretty new to badminton, but we play in a friendly league open to all ages, but I try and play at least twice a week
Every day morning 6 to 9 except Sunday. Mostly would get 1.5 - 2 hours game depending upon winning and losing as team rotates Sent from my ONEPLUS A5010 using Tapatalk
6-9am?! You can get up that early everyday?! I roll into training at 9:30 am and I feel like it's the break of dawn, haha. Always wish I was a morning person but that's not gonna happen.
Well there was a time I used to run for playing about 4am in the morning and that too outdoor badminton but we had done good setup with lights and covered completely with greenhouse cloth to avoid wind. Now I have started to go for indoor for better game play. Even now have the option to play outdoor or indoor, will check with my friends whether they are playing in the outdoor in the morning. If not, then head to indoor. Indoor starts 5am in the morning and is completely packed till 8.30am. Sent from my ONEPLUS A5010 using Tapatalk
Doubles / Mixed Doubles: 4 hours a week at club and league matches (2 sessions) Singles: 4 hours a week (2 sessions). Footwork: 2 hours a week Gym / Circuit Training: 5 hours a week. Coaching: 10 - 15 hours a week. So on court for at least 20 hours a week. Started coaching a few years ago, a by product of this is that my accuracy and consistency in match play has gone up a level or two, must be due to all the feeding.
