How do powerful smash related to body weight?

    might be true:p
    Well im not as big muscular like the rock but at least im no slim arm & body, but yeah im kinda overweight to, abit bouncy in the belly:D.

    But thats not my point, do look on my belly:oops:. I mean the optimum power is gain when we get the best value from both weight momentum & swing speed which depend on one physical capability. To heavy that increase the weight parameter but greatly reduce in speed is bad, so does the opposite. Ofcourse if we want to make it more complicated we can add shaft stiffness & string tension. & when all those play in one synergy, it would result best maximum power one can achieve.

    doesn't matter what he calls himself, ,unless you want amusement.. He did give some figures, and didn't give or have other figures when requested, and you can work things out, and if you know about strength you can also work things out from other things he said early on in this subject before he even mentioned his "bouncy [in the] belly"!
