I have seen this magazine. They print articles about tactics. They use pictures and arrows to demonstrate where to hit a sequence of shots. It looks very informative. (It makes me want to learn how to read Japanese!) We have two translations on this site http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/11/35/ http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/14/35/ Wish we could get more but it takes a lot of work to get a good translation done.
Badminton?? Hi dave. Thank you for telling me a interesting link, I checked it and was unbelievable it. A person of a cover is very cute!! She is a badminton player? O.k. I had better ask the topic. I have spent good time since I knew here. I can meet many kind badminton players like you. It's time for cooking babyfood. see you -Miyuki
miyuki, When I was in univeristy in Machida, our school team didn't play any mixed doubles. In fact, none of the players on my team had ever tried it! Is mixed doubles very popular in your club? Mixed is my favorite and strongest game so I would like to find a girl who has experience in mixed so we can play some tournaments.
Hi,Cheung Yes , Badminton magazine is good. Top player tell us how to hit, the strategy of game, training and so on. I want to be a good translator a person of your links. Wow, it looks nice hearing. It will be a great job for you this year
Mix doubles Hi, MarkinJapan Students don't play Mix doubles because they don't have the mix doubles tounament. Mix doubles is popular in Japan not student. Ofcourse our club. I won the chanpionship of Mix doubles in Kinki area . When you join our club, I may introduce a girl as your mix partner. If there is no girl whom you like in our club, we join the tounament? But I am not a girl Miyuki
she is a grown up lady. not a girl anymore hello, Miyuki. incidentally, what does your name mean? -Anatolii-
for me, "I am not a girl" = "I am a man"!! (so I couldn't understand how a man could be pregnant... )
nor will i, come to that . but you might have realised the mild cheekiness sooner.. after all, a male Miyuki can't be referring to the child's father as 'he', can he? . and i think only a mother can speak of her little one with that kinda tenderness and adoration.
Hi, seven. You had a good question! I see what you mean. I am not a man MarkinJapan wants a girl as a mix doubles partner. So I say like that.
OK so you mean you are a woman, but not young enough to be considered a "girl" anymore, is that it? Well, I suppose you are an experienced mixed doubles player then, exactly what MarkinJapan was looking for! Anyway welcome here, it's nice to have a few japanese players here, there aren't so many on BF... Are you attending Japan Open this week? or are you too occupied taking care of your little boy?
Hi, Anatili. Thank you for good explaination. It's perfect answer The chinese characters of miyuki mean "beutiful snow". mi : beutiful yuki: snow Maybe you know, my birthday is winter with snow. I met a chinese who have same chinese characters as mine. But the pronaunciation of her name is different from me. She pronounced her name as " Mei shen" (in fact, I heard it like this) Do you have some meanings of your name? I am interested in the name of people all over the world. Sorry, I don't forget here is the badminton forum -miyuki
Hi, seven Yes , you are right. I am not a young I hope that I have a chance to play mix doubles with MarkinJapan . If he wants it. Do you know Japanese in BF? I have never met I want to say hello. How do I know them? Now I am in Osaka and staying at my parents house with my son. I'll go back to Tokyo tomorrow and go to the Yonex Open with my son. I want to buy some Yonex T-shirts because they don't shrink in the wash
Welcome to BF, Miyuki. Glad to hear that you will be going to watch the Japan Open. Keep us posted about your experience at the Open, your favourite players, any memorable matches and some of the products on offer at the Yonex stand. Have a safe and pleasant trip.
Welcome Miyuki, Welcome to badmintonforum.. I live in Sweden, but visit Tokyo one or a few times a year (spend most of my time in Akihabara though buying electronics ) Is it many places in the Tokyo area where badminton can be played? Is club membership usually required? Yours sincerely, /Twobeer P.S. Do you follow the Yonex Tokyo Open badminton tournament right now? D.S.
