    Chen Hong leading 6-2.

Chen was playing a bit on the net at the beginning. but he started to realize what can go wrong that way. now he is flick serving Hendrawan, and started to push him around a little bit.

    8-2 now.

Just thought i'd say so, i wanna really ancious to come home and watch the Sudirman Cup finals LIVE. But Singapore City TV had to lie and say that it starts at 9:30 LIVE. The even emphasized the LIVE part.

NEVER EVER TRUST SINGAPORE TV. HELL, NEVER TRUST SINGAPORE PERIOD!

If any of you ever come to Singapore, never rely on any of their services

Hendrawan flew to the left to catch a big cross court jumpsmash. he got it, but dropped his racket. and then he pick it up, ran to the right back court and retrieved a lift. and then Chen smashed it down the line.

Hendrawan lost the rally, but it was "just unbelievable"

oh, this is so difficult to watch. stuck at 14-12 to Chen. Hendrawan must have saved around 57.6 game points already.

unless Taufik is injured, i am starting to think that fielding Hendrawan may not be the best idea. the Chinese obviously have Hendrawan's net shot figured out, either play with him, or push it back at the very first moment. Chen is not as prone to Hendrawan's deception either. and Chen is very good at killing loose net shots. further, Hendrawan seemed to be not as fast on the second game. perhaps his fitness is a problem...

having said that. Hendrawan just came from 2-6 to 4-6. 5-6 now. Chen is in trouble.

Chen's pace change is amazing. if Hendrawan attack, he will rise (literally) to the occasion and give back the sharpest jumpsmashes. or he will just suddenly accelerate and send Hendrawan to the sideline.

on the other times, however, he will be very patient, clearing and dropping and playing on the net.

    OMG.

Chen was leading 10-5 at one point. Hendrawan came up and won 15-13...

anything can happen in a badminton match. well, damn it, IBF, it won't if it were changed to 5x7.

changing end now. 8-5 to Chen.

    9-6 Chen.

Hendrawan, in an unusual fashion, has been missing quite a few netshots. must be the elderly eyesight....

on varoius occasions. the umpire was inviting the players for a towel break. that is quite unusual.

14-10 Chen right now. Chen just got the serve back.

Hendrawan was beaten by Chen on the net quite a few times, once he was forced to fault touching the net.

    Chen just WON!!!!

this means the cup is going to go to China, unless someone cut off one of Gong's leg, or someone did something really drastics to Yuli.

Chen showed some really big game today. he played like a veteran. the only time he lost his composure was at the end of the second game, when Hendrawan came back from 5-10 to win. Chen was rushing it and lost quite a few rallies.

other times, Chen was doing everything right, very cautious rallies and attacking only when opportunity comes. never rushing the game. he also challenged Hendrawan on the net, beating him in various occasions. then Hendrawan started making mistakes on the net. i wonder if that is because of Chen's net play. he lost the final rally by hitting the shuttle on the tape.

so now there are offensive players, there are defensive players, and there are new type of players like Chen, who has double personalities.

    What were you thinking.......????

Even some one cuts off one of Gong's leg, she still has the other one to hop. Even both got cut off, Gong only needs one hand attached to one arm, whatever right or left.

Even someone murdered Gong, we still have four legs from Zhang Jun and Gao Ling. Therefore there is nothing to worry about.

I think his purpose was just to slow the game a little bit. Zhang Jun and Gao Ling must be too tired. They need time to rest.

i doubt so. that's the way he has been playing recently.

and that would be too big a sacrifice coz it will be a close match. if by change his own pace, it will ultimately affect the outcome of the match. if he knows he would win by a big margin (like those WD/WS games), then it may be a different matter.
