Does anybody know approximately how much the standard grip coming with new Victor rackets weigh?

Or how much grip and plastic weigh on new Victor rackets?

The plastic wrap is around 1.5 g.

Those thick grips normally weight between 7 g and 9 g. I never checked for Victor, but I doubt you can put it more precise, because for Adidas, it really depends on racket/color. White grips were slightly below 7 g, the other colors more around 8 g. Black even around 8 or 9 g.

Generally speaking, most factory "replacement grips" weigh around 10g+ (Typically 12.Xg).

AC102EX is around 5.5g , as are other thin overgrips.
Replacement grips can be as high as 18g.

The plastic buttcap on a recent Yonex is 4.5g while the plastic insert inside the wooden handle is next to nothing (<1g).
