i personally think the ti-10 3rd gen has perfect balance for doubles. however if u looking for something with a little more head heaviness then i suggest at 900t
BS 9 and 10 should be the better option if you only play doubles. If not, go for the BS 11. Amazing singles racket.
If you want to try something new, I strongly recommended Li Ning N50 Flame. It is currently used by Fu Haifeng, top double player from China who has converted from YY's Ti-10. It is a very balance double racket that give you very strong attack and defence in the same package. I have both the Ti-10 (3 gen) and the LN N50 Flame, I use the N50 as my main racket and the Ti-10 (3rd gen) as my backup just in case the string breaks.
Maybe more about your game would be nice so reccomendations wouldn't be so sparse, otherwise you'll get mp99 or arc10 out from me .
I just want to point out that very few professional players "convert" because of a racket. Li-Ning bought the Chinese National Team sponsorship with cold hard cash... had nothing to do with the rackets. Keep in mind I'm not saying anything about how good the rackets are as I've never tried one. As for a replacement... based on the OP's first post, the AT900T would seem to fit the bill. The 9900 and ARC10 while good rackets are not head heavier than a Ti-10 and the BS11 is more flexible.
Not really sure of whether they are converted or "buy over", they definitely have "changed" their racket no matter you like it or not. I am only recommending players who likes the YY Ti-10 (any gen) to try the Li Ning N50 Flame to see for yourselves. I personally feel that the LN N50 has a better feel and can generate more power than my Ti-10 (3rd gen). To "change" over from the N50 Flame to the Ti-10 (3rd gen) is really easy as the frame size, the shaft length, the handle length and the balancing point is very similar, just that the N50 has a better feel (more solid) when hitting the shuttle. The price however is stiffer for the LN N50 than the YY Ti-10 (any gen), whether is it worth the price? You would have to use it and comment yourselves. For me, it is a definite yes.
I am holding both the ARC10 and a 3rd gen Ti-10 (both 3U/G5) right now and the ARC10 is definitely head heavier than the Ti-10.
Trinity 2 is bang for the buck, good in all aspects. Apacs tantrum 300 is also good, and for Yonex doubles, any nano series...
