Talk about saying goodbye with a final bang. Old sifu Hendrawan beats odds and pyches young master gade.Gave
gade same medicine as what he gave Chen Hong, but in reverse order.Zhao Jian Hua insists Gade is still better player
but pressured himself too much and was a nervous wreck esp
1st set. What a fitting farewell, let's hope he is allowed to retire
gracefully and not asked to be humilated in Thomas Cup like Liem Swie King and Hartono. He really gave everything for those who didn't watch, he shouted and screamed like a warrior
Chen Hong style towards the end.Every dog has its day.Poor Gade.

Is it skills versus stamina? I always think that it is half half but it seems like skills is more important.

Both players conserved energy pretty well although H was out of breath after 1/2 rallies. Result would have been diff if 3 sets.
Gade had little chence to extend rallies as H would place it close to net or just bang it down.Net play was key just like semis.5x7?
