First question is easy, it's not even close - MS.
How did a career in commentary start?
How do you still remain creative in as a commentator?
Which 3 rule changes do you rate as being most significant to the game in the past 30 years?
Which three were the most ill advised?
There were changes to the rules to prevent one country domination of the game. Were these necessary?
Your predictions for the next five years?
BWF are trying to speed up the game. We as spectators, don't get many replays nor analysis of the game because of lack of significant breaks. Do you think this is something that can develop in the future?
Badminton is usually shown at very high angles in some venues. Yet we really only get a perception of the speed at the lower camera angles. Why is there so little time given to footage of rallies from lower angles?
What are the most dramatic incidents you have witnessed as a commentator?
Us audience like the interaction of two commentators. Why is that many times you don't have a second commentator?
"What advice would you give people leaving professional badminton to help make a sustainable career?" (in response to Gail Emms saying she had great difficulty finding good work last year)
I used to see her regularly around Wimbledon Club in the 90s and was once told by someone that she referred to me as "a bit of alright"
Sad to hear about the stalker. That must have been terrifying.
I was lucky enough to meet her once in India open super series. I must say as good a commentator she is, she is a lovely person as well. I had a brief conversation with her that day, and I did told her about our badminton central forum and how so many members discuss about everything badminton here.
Symmetry in the scoreline 21-14 21-14.
1) Would you believe it, whaaaaaaattttt a raaaallllyyyyy.
2) First time I'm asking this.
