Whoa..! Well it certainly is an upset! I can't believe Peter Gade beat Chen Hong in straight sets! I thought it would stretch to a rubber game at least..but then again Chen Hong isnt in form at all.

    Good win!
but not so surprising... Chen Hong isn't at his best level, and Peter Gade knows the tactics to beat him...

I don't think Gade will get much further though, but we never know, this is maybe his come-back!?

But I think Gade can improve his confidence from the match at least. This is the first time he defeat China top players since he come back from injury.

Excellent win! Apparently, nobody here actually saw the match so we don't know if Peter was playing well or Chen Hong badly. Either way, it will prove to Peter that he's on the right track. I do hope he will make it back to hiw old form -- the Chinese have fabulous players, but it's been a bit monochromatic at the top lately... :p

Not really Mag, don't forget Choong Hann, though he is Chinese technically...hahahahaha.
According to the Chinese press, Choong Hann even used some Chinese proverbs(Chinese speaking people will know what I mean) during one of his interviews.

    Great win for Gade!!

BaoChunLai vs Gade 60/40 Gade dont like playing Bao, so Bao is a little favourite here

WONG Choong Hann vs ChenYu 60/40

LinDan vs Xia XuanZE 60/40 Xia is not in form but dont understimate him

Zhu Weilun vs HARIYANTO Agus 65/35 hmm this Zhu seems to be very good beating Jonassen in the first round, I put my bet on him.

Zhu didn't beat Jonassen in fact!
Zhu won against Niels Kaldau in the first round, and it's Wu Yunyong who won against Jonassen.

In any case, he seems in very good form!
