    Go Indonesia!! Go Taufik, Go

So sad after Badmania in Indonesia knew that almost all of the player from Indonesia knocked out by player from Malaysia..

When Wong Mew Choo beat Nana, Wong Pei beat Maria, Lin Woon Fui/Gan Teik Chai beat Lingga/Devin Lahardi, Abdul Latif Mohd Zakry/Mohd Tazari Mohd Fairuzi beat M Ahsan Mohammad/Bona Septano Bona, and Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong beat Yoga/Yonatan, Tan Wee Kiong/Woon Khe Wei beat Lingga/Nitya, Goh Liu Ying/Woon Khe Wei beat Nitya/Nadya

SO SAD...:crying: but i think most of them would take so many experience from this event..;), that's Ok, Congrats To Malaysia!!..:)

But now,it's time for Taufik to take 'revenge' for his country and his compatriots!

Thanks to God, he win, at least i hope he could take one title for Indonesia!!.:(
And bigger improvement from Devin/Lita to reach semifinal tomorrow!

TAUFIK, DEVIN/LITA MAJU TERUS PANTANG MUNDUR!!
    BAdmania usually called it..HABISIN!!..HABISIN!!..
    :D

hahaha, that's mighty sporting of you.
i think TH is going to win this one now, CH still looks a bit rusty judging from his results, but not to be underestimated.

    Indeed!

According to my research, such a "turbo" is a sign of Taufik really want to win. Nowadays Taufik has understood badminton so well that even when he does not "turn on the turbo", still few can get a comfortable lead over him (arguably LD is the only on who can do this). Thus as soon as Taufik accelerates, the game is over for others.

Taufik is gifted, and knows which weapon to use in his vast array of shots under different circumstances.

LCW also has many varieties of shots, but his shots are all based on pinpoint accuracy. However, he sometimes does not know which weapon to switch when the situation requires him to change. As an analogy, if your opponent switch to a spear, you cannot continue using your sword. Instead, you should change to use a flail to entangle his long weapon.

LCW cannot go on like this. He needs to stop depending on those few things that he likes to do, like his interception and cross court speed smash. He needs to mix it up a little as you cannot expect to be accurate all the time. TH is good as he knows how to weather a storm, and emerge stronger to beat his opponent after the storm, LD also.

If you watch KKK/TBH, you will see exactly what I mean to be really good and stay on top. They just mix up their play so well, and their opponents are always guessing and trying to keep up. Of course, you can't compare MD and MS in certain aspects, but the keys to victory are similar.

    Just my 2 cents.
