Frankly speaking, I am not a fan/supporter of CN player, however, I have to grudgingly admit that Ma Jin is a top class player. She is brilliant at the net.

We can clearly see how the match will be if the chinese players "put in with their best effort" in winning the game in an all China affair! That was something!

You're kinda new there, keep cool. Especially with French people, you don't know how badminton improved there in the last 10 years

Correct me if I am wrong.

IMO Ma Jin is absolutely lethal at the net/front court area but she loses effectiveness when pushed to the back.

On the other hand Zhao Yunlei seem to be more of an all-rounder who is effective both in front and at the back of the court :)

people simply resort China's success in badminton to a single curse as just "team-mates' gift" or the like is really naive...

whoever in this badminton world would regard an Olympic Champion and WR#2 player as nobody is really nobody in badminton world...

like it or not, this really mean something, not just nothing...

from this point of view, amongst all badminton players in the world, all could be forgotten except LD, CY/FHF who plays consistently at the highest level (winning the most world champions)...

    They have done it. Finally.
I like rooting either for the underdog or the overdog.
It's nice to see a breaking of a record number of titles won.
Ma Jin has, in my opinion, a chance of achieving that.
Hope she stays with the hard-hitting Tang Jinhua.

Well Correctly said... Chinese are lucky to have yihan in the mid way to saina due to the seedings rules... Hence she could not proceed to finals to meet Li xuerui.. For those who have seen saina played against Li xuerui in the indonesian open before olympics, they might have known the fact... And also for those who backing up Li xuerui, there is a kind information from me.. Many people might be saying still that Li xuerui did not come back from the tiredness of attending the so called many felicitation functions these days, Saina have attended more felicitations than anybodyelse.. She came back and picked Denmark open title and runner up in French open... If saina have had met li xuerui in semifinals of olympics, definitely she would have won it ...

Well you forgot LCW, YY/WXL, PG, TH and so many more :)

Btw playing consistently at the highest level does not mean winning the most world championships.. it is about winning different types of tournament titles. But most importantly, they need to show that they consistently play good badminton...
