I guess it depends how you define 'fastest racquet sport'. If it's fastest speed attained during a rally then obviously it's badminton. But fastest overall speed I'd say table tennis. The analysis they did was of doubles matches, and if they included singles I think the difference would be clear, as in badminton singles there's a lot more clears, drops and net shots, which slows the average speed down significantly.
