I hope Rajiv retains his title this year as well. Or Brice to surprise me !
Oh, sorry for the rude question.I wish to see the match between him and Antonsen, the youngster was the favorite to win also.
Once Rajiv said in an interview in India
“In India, there are a lot of singles players. It is good for the sport. Saina (Nehwal) did very well in the Olympics. The difference between training in England and in India is that here you have a lot of players to practise with. In England, I’m the best player by quite a long way.”
That is the problem for players like Rajiv Ouseph, Zhang Beiwen, Li Michelle etc
At least Carolina Marin proved herself was able to be two times World Champion and a Olympic Gold medalist despite of sparring partner problem.Once Rajiv said in an interview in India

C'mon please come and visit Europe's thread, aapako yoorop mein bhee jaana hoga.Sorry wrong thread, asia waale mein jaana tha.
First final : IMO, the Stoeva are way above Lefel/Tran, and sadly I think there will be no title for the french there.
Lack of power in french side compared to Bulgarians.
No national coach for the Stoeva's? It's their clubs coachs here.
If Brice would have faced any other players other than Victor Axelsen, he would have been in the final today
it's only a problem for the men, not the women. At least Carolina Marin proved herself was able to be two times World Champion and a Olympic Gold medalist despite of sparring partner problem.

women can spar w/men. a semi-professional man can still beat the best woman (tty) fairly easily. yes, the women's game is the fastest it has ever been, but, we are viewing a female vs. female.
