It is only half of the first game but already Vladimir ivanov's ranting started. whenever sozonov makes mistakes, he simply could not control it. Umpire had to stop him. Lol
Oh, sorry for the rude question. Thanks for the honesty. In my opinion, Axelsen will take it, I guess.
Once Rajiv said in an interview in India “In India, there are a lot of singles players. It is good for the sport. Saina (Nehwal) did very well in the Olympics. The difference between training in England and in India is that here you have a lot of players to practise with. In England, I’m the best player by quite a long way.” That is the problem for players like Rajiv Ouseph, Zhang Beiwen, Li Michelle etc
It's the same for all country except asian and Denmark. France : Leverdez top 20/25 the next one is top 50 at best, in women singles, the best can be top 25 but always injured. We've got some youngster coming (toma junior and christo popov, Arnaud Merkle etc, but still a lack of high level players in senior at the moment.
At least Carolina Marin proved herself was able to be two times World Champion and a Olympic Gold medalist despite of sparring partner problem.
First final : IMO, the Stoeva are way above Lefel/Tran, and sadly I think there will be no title for the french there. Lack of power in french side compared to Bulgarians. No national coach for the Stoeva's? It's their clubs coachs here.
If Brice would have faced any other players other than Victor Axelsen, he would have been in the final today
Stoeva sisters is going to be undisputed queens on european circuit in future? They have been dominating in WD for a while now .
it's only a problem for the men, not the women. women can spar w/men. a semi-professional man can still beat the best woman (tty) fairly easily. yes, the women's game is the fastest it has ever been, but, we are viewing a female vs. female.
