These few players might be benched for failing to reach QF in the AE and Swiss SS.

i hope not.... coz this is not a superseries or GPG tourney..... they should represent Ina, not playing as individuals..... (if PBSI officers are smart enough to understand)

    Too bad for Sony..

..i do think, without the presence of LD, LCW and Taufik, and should he recover from whatever injury he recently had at the AE, he has as good a chance as any of the top seeded players to win. Afterall, he has won it before...

If the rest isn't going, what result Tommy has which is good enough for him to go anyway  He got bundled out in the first qualifying round of the AE

If Pelatnas players aren't being sent, then, I hope Djarum will send Andre Kurniawan Tedjono and Wifqi Windarto/Afiat Yuris Wirawan for the BAC in Suwon next mth.

I like to see the two tall player (Bao and Park) duke it out. I don't think they ever play each other before.

    Btw..

..just a minor thingy, but could kwun or the mods change the title of the tournament's sub-forum/thread.
Officially, it's no longer called the Asian Badminton Championships (ABC), but the Badminton Asia Championships (BAC).
    Mucho gracias!
