Looks legit to me, cone code seems to be okay too. So if you really wan to buy a broken racket that is very like to die on the stringing machine during the next job, then off you go.

Regarding the code - 090263 says that it was produced on 09 February 2016 which is a realistic date for a yellow Z-Speed (https://www.proshack.in/blogs/info/how-to-identify-a-genuine-yonex-racket). Also, the font and quality of the laser engraving looks good, so does the hologram sticker. At least there is no sign that would give the impression of it being a fake.
