Yeah, maybe there is some injury at their training session so that forced them to walkover.

Tai TY is the most in-form WS atm, He Bingjiao not as sharp and forceful as I thought she can be. Gidit up, HBJ.

It seems like Li Junhui/Liu Yuchen let Chaoi/Hong win. They didnt even try. Why did they do that?

Yeah, she couldn't move faster. Anyway, Tai Tzu Ying demonstrates beautiful badminton once again with her creative shots, such a talented player.

Good question when they themselves aren't even sure of progressing to the semifinals. Much better to have one win in the bag and adjust their strategy as they go along according to the situation if they want to.

Worse,if CB/HW lost all their group matches, both CHN pairs will be out of the running.

Also bear in mind, the SSF is never regarded as a major event by CBA, it's just one of 12 SS tourneys in a year, the 13th one, in fact, so what's the point of doing those strategic moves, playing the long game, etc ? What for ?

Yeah, just saw the score. Very disappointing. When you train with LCW and have been on the circuit for so long and still get not more than two digits against a runner...

With only 8 players/pairs in two groups, the sudden unexpected withdrawal of just one player/pair , as in the case of Bo/Mo, would have a significant impact in the group concerned, making it easier for two out of three players/pairs to progress to the semis.

Frankly, the way Sun Yu played and lost to Tai TY in the CBSL the other week didn't give me any confidence. Her vulnerabilities and shortcomings still evident. We'll see.

I'm still quite disappointed with HBJ just now, I saw no fire nor hunger in her.
