It's quite sad that this event is ignored by a number of players, it's a 6 star event man.... :crying:

And boring...., going to be all China finals or semi-finals again... :(

Malaysia Badminton elite team is going for Melbourne Commonwealth Games. Commonwealth Games is always top priority for Malaysia. It just that the Organiser doesn't know anything about Commonwealth Games at all. Those who miss Commonwealth Games will go for China Master.:D

According to Yap Kim Hock, Ong is injured. So Tan temporary partner with Chew.
Emmm... not sure that true or not? But if Yap wanna to separate Ong/Tan is reasonable too. Because Ong/Tan have no good result recently, and even the new youngsters seem better than them now.
Hope Chew Choon Eng can have good result with Tan Bin Shen. No good partner for Chew so far .... is he career going to end?

thx to sina.com.cn again, now i know it's because IBF made some mistake about the seeding, there should be 16 seeds in the singles and they put only 4 seeds in the singles and 2 in the doubles before, that's why they have to do a redraw.

It is a Grand Prix rule which states that when the event is four stars or above, the number of seeds shall be :

    16 in MS,
8 in WS, MD, WD, XD.

This is independant from the size of the draws.

Once again IBF software was bugged! ...
