Hello Guys, so I’ve had a dislocated elbow on my dominant arm for a while now(7 years) and it seems like I can’t fix it having been through 3 surgeries. It always seems to go back to the way it was(dislocated). I was wondering wether or not it is possible for me to compete with a dislocated elbow. Like wether there are literal restrictions by federations and organizations. P.S. my dislocated arm can move just as well as any other “normal” arm. please answer this question!
