all you need to do is put some powder on the karakal grip and it wont be as tacky. then after a few weeks the tacky-ness would drop and you'll have your perfect grip :D

alternatively, what i did is put a babolat overgrip over the replacement / original grip and i think you'll end up with something similiar to what you're looking for.

Depends how sweaty your hands get. My personal preference is RKEP Soft75 because I have VERY sweaty palms. You may prefer the Elite if you do not sweat as much because it is more tacky.

RKEP Elite is the best! :). The tackiest colours are white, pink, yellow, green. Avoid black and blue at all costs.

Yep, perhaps due to different or darker dyes which negatively affects tackiness.

Lol, he probably has loads of those! :). The Elites are very inexpensive at <$1 each delivered, so next time you can make a separate order for grips... but remember the colours. ;)

    Hmmm...
I have an Arcsaber 10 (yeah I know, WAY over my level as a beginner, BUT, it's a nice racket).
Anyways, don't know how many hours I played (maybe around 50-70ish).
I have the original grip and it's starting to look pretty bad.
My question is, HOW much of a difference does a fresh grip make? Is it make or break basically?

Now, the online stores don't have the recommended grips, what are some online retailers to choose from?
Also, although this is too late do change, the racket is G3.
When holding it there is around 1 finger width between fingertips and palm. Is this about right?

To be honest, this was probably an over-buy from my side, but like I said, the racket is very nice and I hope it will last me for a couple more years.

I've heard good things about Gosen Grips. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them. They are not in the Dan's reviewed list.

For the Super Grip, do you take off the original grip on the racket and just directly take the Super Grip over the wooden shaft?
