I think that the diet for each person the diet should be individual. As far as I know, all professional sports players in any sport, not only in badminton, consume more proteins and carbs before competitions. In my opinion, this diet is not the best option, especially for those who don’t do sports on a professional level. I personally wanted to lose weight and started playing badminton for two reasons: it’s a fun thing to do, and it’s an outdoor activity. But when I started playing, the weight loss process was slow. Then my friend recommended me to try
الصيام المتقطع للمبتدئين. The results were impressive, I did lose weight, and now I feel better and more energized.
