Zheng Bo/Zhang Jiewen should be able to do that. Zheng/Zhang beat Zhang Jun/Gao Lin many times easily during training, actually ZhangJun/GaoL are not compatible to ZhengBo/ZhangJiewen. But unfortunately, Zheng Bo wants to concentrate on men's double with Sang Yang. Therefore, this strong pair will not participate in real tounaments.

BTW, IMHO, Zheng Bo is the best men's double player right now while Zhang Jiewen is the best women's double player.

Sorry, I meant among Chinese players.

Otherwise, Kim and Ra are pretty good too.

    Semis line-up prediction!

I'm anticipating China vs Malaysia clashes since Chen Hong has withdrawn due to injury:

    Wong CH vs Lin Dan
    Chen Yu vs Lee CW

Actually it's not going to be easy for Lee CW. It's a 2-against-1 match.
I mean actually this is Lee CW vs Roslin/Misbun encounter!:p

The new Chinese XD pairing is giving Kim/Ra a tough time!
Hopefully, Li YB has found a new formulae to subdue the Koreans!

I Zhang Jiewen teamed with Zheng Bo, Kim/Ra would really have not only trouble, ...

Wang Wei is not as good as Zheng Bo, but Zheng Bo just wants to contentrate on men's double.

yeah, though it's difficult to tell if the chinese are playing well or if the koreans are on a bad day...

that's the drawback of only having the score...

In court 1, both Malaysian players are being tied at 11-all for quite some time!

I read your other post about this...

but it's not just a question of being better or not, style of play counts a lot as well!

in Singapore Open, Zheng Bo and Zhang Jiewen got thrashed...

    Malaysia's MS in Athens??

Who do you think will be representing Malaysia??

seems like Wong Choong Hann is about sure, plus Lee Chong Wei has good chances... the third possible player might be one of the Hashim brothers...
