Actually, at the end of the 2nd game rallies.. KOR seemed allowing some generous(?) points for the JPN, but Endo made his own mistake. alas... In the SF, KOR vs KOR is expected.
from the lack of urgency, i have a feeling that the Japanese pair have no idea about the current standing of the group.
JPN might have thought they had enough points... lol.. just one point is missing after all...!!! meanwhile, in WD, Wang/Yu are having trouble against the Danes. Ma/Tang already topped the other group by beating Takahashi/Matsumoto. so the loser of this match will face Ma/Tang. surely the Chinese won't want to face their countrywomen.
I feel like having some Danish cookies. but i already finished my whole can!!!! need to go buy more tomorrow.
rare to see Wang/Xu so out of form. maybe this group match format is not drawing out the competitive spirit. Yu Yang is so casual and not trying at all.
Ma Jin/Tang Jian Hua last tournament together(at least for a while). Ma Jin get another partner in WD next year.
the Danes are smart. they know who is playing hard and who is just daydreaming. the match is over already unless Yu Yang wakes up from her sleep. her whole body language means that she either forgot to sleep last night, or she is having a high fever or something.
i don't know how they managed it, but Wang/Yu managed to win the 2nd game. WangXL is doing most of the hardwork.
