...erh...not unless Zhang Ning is unlucky to be injured (like Camilla Sorensen?)...and if this should happen...well, it will then be up to your imagination as to what the outcome would be... :crying: :crying: :p

assume each side got 1 point in 1st and 2nd match ...sheer average luck for both sides;)

come to think of it....3rd match will be PIVOTAL:eek:l

as the MD on the 4th even if the indos win..the WD chinese girls on the 5th game will finish/decide the tournament

so my personal signal will be zhang ning's peformance and i could conclude who will win the cup...:p by the 3RD GAME......

as a single win by 4th or 5th by the chinese will get the cup.....

the first match XD result will also be a good sign..where the wind will blow

i don't understand. the pivotal matches are MS, MD and MX.

WD, WS are almost decided before the match begins, i don't see how that can be considered "pivotal"...

what i mean is the 3rd match WS will give the chinese just a single win either in 4th or 5th match to get the cup...

am being "neutral" for both sides in match 1 and 2 :)

assuming on average match 1 and 2 each team got 1 point :D

even if the MD, indons won the 4th match

i think from this match we can finally see whether has taufik grown up or not...

whether he is temperemental who doesnt care about anything else but himself (asia games vs korea, TC against Lee TS)

or has he grown up to be a MAN indonesia can count on to get a point. a player that i really respect in this regards is hendrawan. solid! he will give it all his best to get that one point! no such thing as walking off, smash racket, get distracted etc when it is in these team matches. :D

    just my two cents.

oh~ tonight will be so exciting! i'm for indonesia, my home country!

I voted for Indonesia, not only because its my home country but also because I think the Indonesians have a chance to produce another upset for the Chinese in their homeground:rolleyes: Its made suprises before, and it can do it again. Go Indo!

I am rather surprise Candra and Sigit are down to play. My preference would have gone to Alven/Luluk - both fast and strong and have that real hunger to win.

Candra and Sigit have slowed down a bit. Not much but just enough to make it diffiuclt for them to handle Fu/Cai.

Looking at the line-up, it's a China win;)

lol..we even see peter gade complaining lin dan been dropping/lying on the floor too many times or bending the shuttle

another trick is lindan refusing to change a new shuttle aside from the usual fist raising

peter did give a clue that the officiating might be on taufik's side this time around....anyway..the officials should be aware of a lynch mob...lol

Oh yeah, the smash racquet routine! I remember that well. That time was in China as well :D:D It's a great party trick so long as it's his racquet on the floor. Hope to see some excitement tonight:D
