Yes, but these five players are real TOP players!! :D

Kamila Augustyn is a doubles specialist, but still she is the best possible WS player to line-up...

Poland should wrap it up in the MD. The Polish pair are at a different level altogether. Actually, with players like these, few though they may be, they will survive comfortably in Group 2.

And I was getting into the game. WMC should have won so I could have gone back to bed contented. Now the sun is up and I had little sleep last night and the night before watching too much badminton and I still have no completion :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

It's a long shot, but who is playing women's doubles if Japan makes it past this men's doubles? is it Yamada/Yamamoto or Ogura and Shiota (sp?)?

Good. I can go back to sleep. Malaysia won reasonably easily with the mens. The Malaysian women's team has always been weaker.

The Japanese MD played well in the 2nd set, the Malaysian MD pairs are not Malaysian for nothing. A pretty average performance but enough to win it 15-13. They could have taken it on the first match point at 14-13, but the smash by the Japanese was ruled in (although the replay showed it to be slightly out, can't really fault the linesjudge as the shuttle was fast). KKK celebrated as if they have won but it was not to be. A few points later, it was wrapped up.

Great play by the malaysian team in general, awesome performance by LCW, beating Sato 15-0 in 6 Minutes for the second set.

(What did someone mean by WMC having sexy lips, and ask LCW about that? those two got a relationship going issit?)

Those stretches by WMC were quite amazing at times, and the reflexes and shots of KKK/CCM were just amazing to watch, e.g. when KKK (i think) did a behing-the-back return of a smash, just great entertainment!

    Well Done Malaysia!!
