LD is basically walking to every shot. :D
Speaks volumes about him that he is nevertheless able to get to a third game against a top ten player.

They've become quite good at just slowly pushing the shuttle around without giving away a lot of lifts. And with them I mean Ahsan can now do it passably, Setiawan was always excellent in terms of shot placement. I'm curious what they'll do when they meet strong defenses, didn't really look like they had a lot of penetration or endurance last time I saw them. Can't quite remember which tournament that was though :D

Also tells how good tactics top ten opponent has.

Obviously he is over the top, of course Srikanth has a game plan.....but he has a point insofar as Srikanth really has seemed lost for quite a while now. Errors, not quite the aggressive player we saw when he won his SS titles....but its also quite ridiculous to say that hes hitting the shuttle around aimlessly :D

Thats a very recent thing though. Ahsan used to be super one-dimensional until his injuries, probably realized he couldn't continue playing that way. I'm actually a bit surprised he managed to adapt, he was notoriously weak both at playing slow and when you gave him soft shots with little pace....

Srikanth should have challenged it. It is on the line.

So many upsets happen in R16. From the defending champions, only KS is left.

    Yaay..

Literally struggling to keep my eyes open... Determined to watch the match, but eventually fell asleep at decider set of VA match. Yikes.

Luckily BWF youtube covers all of the matches in court 1. :D

You know what’s great When a fighting game match ends and they cut to the two pairs, and you see them both smiling, laughing, shaking hands and talking about the match. Makes me cry every time. hehe

hmmm kinda weird TakaMatsu lost to KimKong..... really need to watch that match...

JPN WD definitely not dominating this tourney.... infact they probably gonna have to rely on FukuHiro again for title since i doubt very much TanaYone can pass today....

and well well well only NO left in WS :eek:
