The Indonesians deserve the win. Its really unfortunate that KOO/TAN unable to rap it up in the 2nd set. Kido/Setiawan adjusted well on the third set. Notice that KOO was standing way too back and the Ina unleash their magic drop after all the smashes by Kido, they Keep pushing and attacking the Malaysians. They really deserve the win. Koo/Tan played well.. just its not their day.

:p..i was on Dream Island (in my sleep) during the match..;)
Could've gone either way, but reading all the reports, just not the MAS pairs' day..Glad the match lived up to its Final billing; i'm sure Hau-ge is ecstatic as ever (i wonder if he followed the match and his heart stopped momentarily near the end of the 2nd game)..:p

yeaaaay congrats to my countrymen, Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan for seizing another major title, Gold Men's Doubles of Asian Games 2010, it was a mental battle in between of both pairs for sure ... i didn't expect they could get into the finals as either FuCai or JungLee might demolish them, but they proved me wrong ... and when it was in the final stage, i thought they might have lost in straight games, but once again they proved me wrong, and with Kido's and Hendra's brilliant soft touch twice in a row at last, they won it ...

just watched the match... wow! kido/setiawan were excellent, playing at a level that is well above their previous outings

excellent tactical plays and changes of pace... i've lost count of how many times koo/tan were diving onto the mat to get their drops, but the match point drop by setiawan was the ultimate in getting both MAS on the floor!

They did very well considering the mess that PBSI have. ;) Why they use MUSICA instead of flypower? ;) I saw it in OCBC in pattaya. ;)
