may I know what reasons you choose these two rackets?
is it the only rackets that available in your area?

out of two, probably I would go for armortec 250
its medium shaft is more suitable for beginner
it is also has iso head shape which gives you bigger sweet spot compared to carbonex 21 special

Yes, these are the best find I could do, with in my area :(

Hmm... I was thinking to buy Carbonex 21, but now I am gonna rethink it. Thank you very much for the feedback.

I owned both. I liked the AT250 better due to its head heaviness. I think the stiffness of both is around the same but the head heaviness of the AT250 allows for a more flexy feel. The at250 is real hammer with bp~ 320+ with stock string and grip so it will feel more cumbersome than the cab 21.
