Here i tell u the reason but the article is in chinese. I hope u can read chinese.....
    本报记者孙璐广州报道 娱乐明星最怕穿一样的衣服,如果在同一次活动中出现撞衫,两人都会感到十分尴尬。而在体育比赛中同样面临这种情况,不过运动员感受的不是尴尬而是麻烦。在广州羽毛球公开赛上就遇到了撞衫的情况。 document.write("");ad_dst = ad_dst+1;

      规则规定上场的双方运动员不能穿同一颜色的比赛服。男单小将陈金和老将夏煊泽都喜欢穿黄色的比赛服,而且在两人对阵那场比赛他俩都准备了黄衫,但是互相都不知情。直到比赛前5分钟,陈金才发现嘴哥也穿了黄色,立刻乱了阵脚,因为自己就穿了一件赛服过来,没有其他的了;而夏煊泽也没有多余的衣服。陈金只好穿上训练中的T恤,用笔在背后描上自己的名字,仓促上阵。

      女单小将王荣从十运会起就穿上了漂亮的裙装,可是昨天的比赛不得不忍痛换回短裤。王荣无奈地解释:这场我和队友王仪涵打,可是她只有黄色的比赛服,我的裙装也是黄色的上衣,为了她我只能换了。

It's obvious that neither the shirt nor the shorts fit Chen Jin's build.

I heard that Chen Jin joined China national team recently, so he must have the same kind of wears as the "big mouth" brother (which is the nickname for Xia Xuanze). But in order for audience to distinguish who's who, two parties must wear different colors, since "big mouth" is more senior than Chen Jin, so Chen Jin had to change, but Chen didn't have have spare one, so he must borrow from other people, and hand-wrote his name on his back.

Why is XXZ considered "Da Tz-way" (bad pin ying)?

surprise to see that you think Xia is cocky. he is one of the nicest and most gentlemen players around. think of him like the Peter Gade of the Chinese team.

a quick summary of the writing.

Chen Jin found out that Xia and him were wearing the same color shirt just 5 mins prior to the match. with neither of them having another spare, Chen Jin grabbed his practice shirt and wrote his last name at the back.

as to why Chen Jin did it instead of Xia? i guess is not because Xia says Chen needs to, but instead, Chen Jin did it due to respect to his seniors.

Xia has been a kind big brother to the whole team. all the junior players gives him a lot of respect like we do to our kind elder brothers. so i am not surprised with Chen Jin's action.

oh. as for the nickname, "Dai Tzui", literally means "big mouth", coz Xia's mouth is literally quite big.

and all the junior players affectionately calls him "Tzui Gor", or "brother mouth".

Kwun: I don't know XXZ at all, I'm just stating my opinion based on what I saw in the video. He gave CJ a very quick hand shake and walked off. He facial expressions during the game were not so great either (probably because he was getting worked by CJ). :p

If you say XXZ is one of the gentlemen of the sport, I believe you and am VERY glad for this. :)

I guess everyone has a bad day, thanks for clearing it up. :D

This is wonderful! :D I'm very happy to hear this and that's a great explanation.

Going forward, organizers/players should be on the same page and players should have back-up clothes/different colors/etc... so this "CHEN Incident" doesn't happen anymore. It's the first time I've seen it. :p

I think XXZ sour face is due to fustration over simple mistakes..
I thought xxz recent downhill performance was due to his slackness.. but after watching this match it shows that he is still 100% commited..
I guess the pressure is piling on xxz to produce results, he knows his playing days are limited.. LYB might take action soon.....

I heard the same thing. Mostly, I don't care the relationships between players, anyhow, there are tons of such news flying around. Currently, it seems that all people in China are more polite to each other, and also a lot more open minded. I just visited China last month during its national games, it's a lot different than 10 years ago. It was kind of tense before, between people, even among China badminton team. For example, the guys from Jiangsu province, i don't mean Yang Yang, Zhao Jianhua, even the next generation, say, Sun Jun, he usually never help his teammates to beat the opponent who just won against him in the previous round. and also, when he's preparing the game, he always did hide himself from others. Another example, the unbeatable Ge Fei and Gu Jun, from Jiangsu also, even never speak to each other. I don't want to say anything right or wrong, but it is kind of weird, maybe their personalities, but too strong and special. I think nowadays, people in China more like to make him/herself popular among peers, instead of making himself different from others. Let's say Sun Jun again, now he's changed a lot too. He is very social now, and smiles and relaxes all the time. By the way, he's won all the match during national games team competition, and in individual event, he's the semi-finalist in men's double. He even grabbed the Mixed double national title with his wife a year ago. Pretty impressive. He was the world champ in men's single. but he switched to doubles, both men's double and mixed double after retired as national single player. Which also indicates that single player is more versatile, any example of a double player could win single title after retired from double.

I could be totally wrong, just my 2 cents
