Haha, due to my some efforts, there came up many sites that started to have interests in international tourneys.
Right. That's exactly the opposite way of playing they did before. Anyway showed improved performance at the end.
Yup, agree. Great performance by Lee Young Dae as he has defended 2 two title here with marathon match. Wow, his stamina is unbelievable despite at the end of decider games, he seemed so exhausted...
Right. They should keep their smiles even in Finals, that's good for relax and better performance for them.
final set, korea lead malaysia 14-7 and they chase until 21-18. from end i could see them turn more serious so they get more points.
well lets see included the final match kkk played more than one thousand minutes on court include md and xd for 4 tournament in a row 700+ minutes for tbh lyd/jjs is arguably fresher than koo/tan eventhough lyd played a xd earlier korean only played 2nd tournament i can only say both pair is tired u can saw them breath heavily they already give their best they can on court peace
Yes, yet another thriller after that WC 09 MD Final,....great show by both pair especially the Korean. I can see KKK/TBH have improved their fighting spirit and the desired to win, but that just not enough for them to win a match like this against LYD/JJS, CY/FHF or MK/HS, they need to improved their game, game plan, speed, power and more importantly to reduces their tendency to make unforce errors. Yes, with that spirit its self had pull them thru the Krean younger pair in QF, as i said, its not enough for them to survive even against a tired LYD and his partner,JJS. Another lost as expected, they didnt 'survive' this time. Thats why i said, my confident level on this pair is always low.
Another thing i would like to bring up is....What wrong with the YY strings, broken so easily, tbh have to change racquet for so many time in one match, the victor's string semms far better than YY's.........malu YY! This also could be one of the reason TBH unable to smash to his full power........hehehe and distracted their focus in that match.....hehehe
Oh.. ..was it Ah Tan who replaced many of his rackets??..i thought it was Ah Koo?!?!.. From the brief stream i got to see, it seemed Ah Tan's smashes and attacks weren't as effective. Instead, whenever Ah Koo got a chance to go on the offensive, his smashes and attacks were more effective.
Frankly, in MD, the Malaysians were undone by Koo's irregular form in game 1 and half of game 2. In game 3, practically all the rallies could have gone one way or the other. The slower shuttles make killing extremely difficult, which was why both pairs were able to defend from point blank range. Anyway, the match was played in good spirits throughout and I do not agree with the view that the Malaysians weren't being serious at first. The fact remains that Koo hasn't been in his best form since the World Championships, and it was their fighting qualities that brought them the Danish Open title and runnersup finishes in France and China.
Apart from his impervious nature, LYD also was very astute in energy conservation. You can see that in the XD match, he doesn't go headlong into all out attack. Excellent badminton brain!!!
It's a pity but don't worry, someone will post it later. Actually I heard a lot of "Jia You" KKK and TBH. Yup, sometimes they just push halfheartedly those front net shots. I watched Astro. The commentary is better. More impartial. Yes, agree. It was Ah Tan. 5 to 6 racquets. LYD and JJS also broke some strings. I saw the shuttle was Yonex 50. Was it a fast or slow one? Overall, it's a good match. Good for badminton as a sport. In fact with 12 SS in one year, I can see that one title less for either pair is ok. The important thing is to promote badminton as a whole. I saw TBH smiling a few times.
