If IBF is not going to or not able to do anything to stop this action of shouting to opponent like that in the future tournaments, then, it is encouraging those being shout to shout back to the coach who did this. What if LCW's chief coach Yap Kim Hock shouts at BCL or LD the same thing like break LD's leg or break BCL's neck or something in mandarin in the future ? Is that what we want in badminton sport?

Oh man, then i wont want to imagine that! Coaches shouting to each other, players snarling at each other, perhaps the audience might even be fighting at each other! :p

Learn to be friends, sportsmanship is important
If I were BCL, I would be extremely unhappy because this will only cause tension in his relationship with LCW and he wouldn't want that as they will be playing each other and seeing each other very often considering their similar age and standard

It is totally not BCL's intention at all. It's because the animosity between Lee Yongbo and Lee Mao. Then converted to Lee CW to Lee Yongbo.

3 Lees dog fighting, Bao is the victim.

I know it's not Bai's fault, what I mean is If I were him I would be extremely unhappy and might even tell LiyongBo off for destroying his relationship with LCW

Btw, its "Li" for yong bo and li mao if I'm not wrong

I think from now onward LCW will do whatever he can after this defeat...If this time failure can made him more mature, this is not a bad things...Hope he can really really perform well after this WC..He still has a long way to go,not only this WC...Asian game, next year WC and.....This is all the chances to prove himself...Actually i am not losing hope in him...

i remember LCW said b4 that he and BCL were friends actually as they were quite familiar to each other already after so many matches together. But the thing is BCL seems to be "well influence" by LYB's tactics on how to distract yr opponents. Well he did complained to the umpire bout LCW yesterday.

    Here kwun.

    one more article abt LYB:

thanks Malaysianfan! that's cool. we are a "famous" forum according to the article.

but i think to be journalistically sound, they should have included the name of the source, ie. BadmintonCentral.com. :(

folks, what is the big deal in LYB trashtalking to LCW? trashtalk is part of sport. In basketball (NBA or college level), you have fans trashtalking to the players and the coaches. In baseball, the catcher ALWAYS trashtalk to the batter trying to distract the batter's concentration. They would say horrible things about sleeping with their wife or mother, or whatever. Its part of the game, remember, LCW is a professional players, as a professional, not only you have to be good in physical skills, but you also have to be good in handling mental pressures. That means handling competition pressure and any trash talk being thrown their way. I think LCW should not blame his loss to LYB's trashtalk. He should blame himself. LCW needs to grow up and handle pressure like a real pro, not acting like a kid and runs to the mom when he heard someone trashtalking.

You are welcome, kwun! well, maybe they are afraid that it might bring problems to the forum by including the name of the source. no idea, just my guess.
