Lin Dan is to casual in that loose return of JC's and failed to put it away, even allowing his young opponent to win the pint in the end.

A sign of fatigue or slowing down already ?

Even GC is doubting Lin Dan's physicality in lasting three games. Sigh. We'll see

5 pt gap, will Lin Dan try to close it ? I'm not sure he can but better than playing a three-setter and even more energy

Lin Dan has the consummate stroke play but not quite the physicality to do it all the time throughput the match as the tournament progresses, I'm afraid.

Lin Dan losing so much focus in the second set.
I have lost count on how many points did he throw the wide.

Can't I at least want Lee vs Lin for one time only?

Sony was/is playing quite an offensive game, with a lot of variation. A player I enjoy watching!

Even Chen Long relies more on his physicality, athleticism , agility , height and reach to beat LCw and Lin Dan.

A 6-0 start in G3 for Lin Dan, not what I expected

Somehow from games I've watched of Lin Dan, he doesn't seem to exert his dominance over his opponent like the way LCW or Axelsen does. I get the feeling he's either gonna cruise to the final or don't get to the final at all while being exhausted. Have a feeling it's somehow a concern over his stamina problem. (kinda like his mentality over the last Olympic Bronze loss against VA, either I give myself a chance to win it all or I don't at all) I hope Lin Dan's desire to win against LCW in the MO will push him over the edge in game 3.

In basketball term, offense wins you the game, defense wins you a championship. Wasn't that how Chen Long won his first Olympic Gold medal?

I see MO uses Victor mats, very dangerous! LCW could slip

Go go Lin Dan, go go Lin Dan, you can do it! 9-3 LD lead! Seems like he wants it after all! I have a feeling he participated in the India Open to get his groove back, he's still getting there, but getting better I feel
