Both my husband and I are Carlton fans. We have an Airblade 500, 2 x Airblade Comp T1s and I recently bought a Vapour Trail S-lite which frankly I dislike immensely. The grip is way longer on the Vapour then on the other 3 rackets.

So I'm passing it over to my husband and am now looking for a new Carlton. I really liked the Airblade family and it just suited me better as a female player.

Any recommendations on a replacement that would be like an Airblade?

    Thanks,

    Shawnster

Kindly share your review on Vapour trail ignite in comparison to vapour trail tour and vapour trail elite. I am getting a good deal on ignite but I heard it's not as good as tour or elite, will you be able to elaborate the difference? Thanks.

The Kinesis X90 or X900LTD feel headlight. I think they're really good rackets, so won't hesitate to suggest them to you.

Then online. International shipping should be available somewhere. It's a British company, so perhaps easiest to start looking there (.co.uk).

same here I been using GPX-9 for 2 months d. as like you , i bought it from Sport Direct with special rate. My previous racket is Zspeed which broke then i wanted to try something different so i get this GPX-9.

So far it's not a bad racket and it done the job as fast racket really well and I am happy with it. It's much easier racket to use (if you used to speed racket) , it play drive very well and the repulsion of it also quite good. as for control , i have no complaint about it. The best part of the racket is the defend of it, it swing very fast and it make your defend job much easier.

There are 2 problems with this racket which are it's not that powerful (minor problem) compared to my previous zspeed and my shaft paint just came off without hitting anything. But I only pay RM169 for it so , i happy with it.

You still can try your luck on GPX-11 at sport direct. it's lighter and more even balance racket compared to GPX-9 but it can withstand 35lbs string tension on the frame. Or you can get Kinesis 4.1 or Carlton agile 50 , carlton racket is not that famous in Malaysia but i quite like it after my experience with GPX-9. (I am a Yonex fans but slowly lose faith on them)

Thinking of getting my first carlton racket. I am very familiar to carbonex rackets so I prefer even balanced rackets or head light. There are Carlton agile 50 and carbotec 3000 going on offers currently. Which one is better?
