Hey everyone, fellow Canadian badminton addict and former lurker here. I just wanted to gauge the audience about the price point that people are willing to pay for shuttles in 2021. It seems many have played with the Aeroplane G1130 greens and EG1130 blacks and the Youhe S100 from some of the previous discussions I've followed.

Would a good bird in the price range in the low/mid $20s like the Aeroplane greens be favorable in your area over an excellent bird in the high $20s Aeroplan blacks or S100 for match purposes? I have been fortunate to pick up distribution in Canada and was interested in hearing about local players on their quality to price point preferences. Thank you!

I had a guy precovid sell me aeroplane black for 25$ a tube. He now charges me 30$ a tube…been looking at Alibaba and thinking I bulk buy some chaopai red. Shuttles in gta area have gone up since Covid. Even pink chaopai are minimum 29-30$ now.

If u have hookups for shuttles please do let me know!

Same. Although there are lower tier options like ORI which I tried. It’s decent for its price so something close to it or beating it would have a strong market in Canada.

ORI's were very inconsistent. Aero Black @30 is still pretty good IMO. I can't find it for that price anymore.

I usually use Victor Gold's, but they range around $25/tube. I find they are very durable and great quality for games and drills/practice.

But if you are an active player or a club owner than it can become costly and you can't always pass the cost onto the people paying.
