Boonsak Ponsana at the 2009 Badminton Asia Championships

It should be interesting to follow Boonsak Ponsana at the 2009 BAC, April 7-12, Suwon, Korea.
Seeded as No.2, BP has a good chance of winning the Mens Singles title here.

BP's first round opponent will be Latsavong Yothin from Laos.

Good Luck to Boonsak Ponsana !!!

he hasn't produced a decent result in a while, hopefully we'll see something more from him this time around.

I wonder who will replace him after this....tanongsak seems like the one but haven't seen him for such a long time...

Boonsak Ponsana would be able to remain as Thailand No.1 MS for the next few years

IMHO, Boonsak Ponsana would be able to remain as Thailand No.1 MS for the next few years.

What a surprise.

Sasaki Sho [9][JPN] defeated [THA] Boonsak Ponsana [2] 21-16, 21-11 in 30 mins.

Sho Sasaki ought to be congratulated for creating this upset.

Thought that BP's danger would be at the Semi-Finals (when facing BCL), but his journey has now ended. :crying::crying::crying:

It's not that big a surprise. Sho Sasaki has been beating higher-ranked players of late, and BP has been losing to lower-ranked players.
