Go go go Boonsak!!! I like him so much. Anyway, I heard from one of my Thai friends.. She used to be a national ping pong player in Thailand and she said that all athletes still have to attend schools and universities since in Thailand, education is the topmost priority. But they do get special assistance from the school... Really salute them..
How u know that? Can u tell it more detail? I'm a business student too... Choong Hann is the second best player for me. First would be Kuan Beng Hong..
i GUESS he has exams lately, so he hasn't had much time for competitions... i completely agree with the posters here, i think if only boonsak has a good MS coach, he COULD be in the ranks of LD, TH and LCW... he has the potential...
THAILAND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - Boonsak loses his crown (Injury) In last week’s SCG All Thailand Championships held at The MCC Hall in The Mall Ngamwongwan, most of the predictions have gone in tandem with the results in the finals. But the biggest upset came with the loss of Boonsak Ponsana, 6 times National champion, because of a shoulder injury.:crying: :crying: With all eyes on Boonsak Ponsana, the All Thailand Championships winner for the past 6 years, disappointment sets in when the local ace was defeated at the qualification round by Jakaphun Thanateethum. Despite having shoulder injuries after China Open, Boonsak went on court bravely but lost to Jakaphun Thanateethum in 3 sets at 21-17, 6-21, 21-19. With the absence of Boonsak in the competition, Thai Men’s Singles number 2, Poompat Sapkulchananart seized the chance well and displayed a marvelous performance. Eventually, he went on to win his first All Thailand Championships title by thrashing Thai junior, Pakawat Wilailak 21-19, 21-13.
sigh...he lost badly!:crying: :crying: it will be great if he can make it 10 times!!but 6times...that's GREAT TOO!!
Yaya, 6 Times is really a great record. But this time really unlucky, lost because of injury.....:crying: :crying:
