Well said. Lin Dan simply lacks the motivation and hunger, difficult for someone who has won everything there's in badminton to keep it up, the passion for the sport is definitely there but not so much the ambition, apparently. I believe he's prolonging his career as part of his retirement planning, esp when he has the 10-year Yonex contract to fulfil. Let's hope he's fully committed and motivated enough to perform reasonably well at Nanjing World Championships to generate hype and stay relevant.
The only signs of immaturity I see -- are from pearl-clutching concern trollers and wannabe gate-keepers like Anks... (hint: "telling people off" is a pretty lousy way to make yourself look mature)
LOL, the fairest and most correct way to organize it is by IGNORING all the concern trolls and just draw the lots... you have a warped sense of "fairness" if you think the rules should be bent for every situation which disturbs your personal sense of justice... I mean, I don't think you've noticed how "unfair" it was that ALL the INA MDs have been drawn in the bottom half against each other... because you're not an INA fan?
Leverdez the "1st round killer" does it again-- there's much to be said for players who don't get very far, but are always ready to give their all from the very start of the tournament.
Not everyone has the luxury of watching djarum live stream.. I want to watch court 3, ZN is playing soon.
lol expending so much energy ... Jojo-moron will have 0 stamina left for game 3 ... if it's gonna happen
VA read Jojo gameplan very well, the Indonesian unleashed smash on and on to get the point but it's useless at the end.
Li/Liu made it through the next round, straight games. Li seemed to be struggling a lot. Many points the JPN pair made were mostly from Li's errors.
Tomorrow's Marcus/Kevin and Liu/Zhang matches are on Court 3 Now where can we find the live stream for that?? Ugh.. what kind of super 1000 without any live stream available when super 750 had provided everything
