I was sweating a lot, more than usual for some reason. I should have brought another tshirt.

I lost most of my energy after our 10 min or so of clearing. I tried to keep it up, but I couldn't. Oh yeah, thanks for teaching me the backhand. I'll keep practicing and eventually show you a full court backhand clear and maybe a backhand smash :D

In the second to last picture, TrunkZ and I are in there along with 2 other BF members that haven't come here in a really long time.

it was great! i had a lot of fun yesterday even though we were there for only 2 hours. the wait was very reasonable, i only waited for may be 15mins total.

the clearing was good. we did one single rally for at least 10mins. i think my record is around 23min. it was set when i was around your age.. ;) we can try break that one sometimes.

Let me build up my stamina a bit more and we'll break that record of yours. We'll do one rally of clears for 1 hour.

Sorry, but $5 dollar expensive? I asume this includes shuttles. It still amazes me how people are prepared to pay for expensive racquets such as MP100 and aren't happy with a few dollars for court time.

No wonder our sport is consider by some as a a cheap beach game!

P.S Good photo's Kwun, resonable looking hall.

It doesn't include shuttles, but $5 isn't really expensive. Especially if your going on a saturday and staying the whole entire time from 2pm - 10pm.

If u think that's expensive for such a nice facility, then, don't ever think about coming to NYC...

    Poor us pay $21 for drop-in... :(

an hour? cool. let's start a new category in the Guiness record..!

i am up for it. just need to find a empty gym and a really durable shuttle. with some help, may be we are allowed to switch to a new shuttle at the middle of the rally? :)

    $35/month

$1000/5yrs (i am not sure if they are still allowing this deal or not)

considering the opening times, it is quite reasonable. but you do need to go there on average 2 or more times a week to justify the membership fee.

Rates sounds quite reasonable. Just depends on the access and waits. If there are long waits, or restrictions on court time, maybe not.

janet and i were there again tonight.

11 courts, and on average, there are around 5-6 courts unused. the gym was hardly occupied. most courts were playing singles.

we ended up just doing drills. did some full-court drills which was rather cool as we hardly get the chance to. but golly, it was tiring.

we got there at 8pm and got 2 full hours of court time. i think if we arrive at 7pm, and play for 3 hours of solid badminton, that's well worth the $5...

Look like less than 15 players. $75 per night may not be enough to maintain the place. Hope such a nice place for badminton can survive.

Wow... huge difference than the opening night. Guess it's a week day, but still...

Can't wait to visit CA now, as I can provide a little bit more profit to them. Actually, maybe they can seriously considering rent the gym to me, as a hotel room, after closure each night. Win-win situation for both. :D

I think another reason is: Opening night was $1/person. Regular is $5/person.
