Hey guys, I was there at the HKOpen myself with my wife but we did not have internet access and did not know about the meeting until it was too late. In reality, we wouldn't have been able to attend anyways as we left on the morning of the 30th to return home and was only there on the 29th's morning session. I did notice Kwun down at courtside but did not have a chance to meet up with him. I'll try to post some pictures of players that we took when we saw them around the arena and when they were buying shirts for themselves/friends.
kwun, thanks so much for the dim sum lunch, really appreciated it. sorry that i could not join you guys for dinner after the match, hope to see you again soon. have a safe trip home. winstonchan
Hmm, a group photo will do... ..aawww, that's too bad, as i was looking fw to the pic(s)...anyways, glad you guys were able to hold one...Btw, how come our Hau-ge didn't attend the get-together??..Also, i thought Lowh was suppose to come to the HK Open??.. ..hope to see it.. Off topic: kwun, are you coming back to U.S. this week??..If so, you guys have a safe & nice trip home, bro!!...
a day after the HK Open, our badminton hands started to itch so we got together for a small BC badminton outing in a local gym. attendees are : AChan, kwun, Janet, huangkwokhau, kong-19 & winston.
If I were to pick anyone to win a tournament between you all, I have to say maybe KWUN coz he looks slim and fast like LCW. Although I must say HuangKokHwa looks like a powerful smasher. Correct me if I am wrong.
it was just a fun friendly game. everybody wins because everybody had fun! we had so much fun we are going again later today.
still terrible..has not played that much yet.... I did ask Kido to tutor me but he wanna torture me instead....
