@rosid You can look at the rules in the General Competition Regulations, part III section 1A:

Never seen such prize money at junior tournaments :D. Must be a mistake?

Asian indeed, but "like Flemming Quach" I don't know actually. Quach is Chinese born in Denmark, I believe someone mentioned before Bruun might be half Korean(?). Would be funny if he was named Kim Kim :p ....

Tangkas Alfamart Indonesian Junior International Challenge offered $30,000 in 2010 and 2011 (check here: http://www.bwfbadminton.org/tournamentcalendar_event.aspx?id=12371&calendarid=120 ), I don't think they will offer that much anymore since the new BWF law is in place, now $15,000 is enough... This year's Malaysia Junior International [Challenge] offers US$15,000, India Junior International Series offers US$ 5000 and Singapore Youth International Series offers SGD$ 9920... Here, look at: http://www.bwfbadminton.org/tournamentcalendar.aspx?id=120 The European Junior Tour are very numerous, but not monetarily generous [for some reason]... :(
