I've ordered from this shop before and had no problems with their products. The only thing about them is there may be some delays in reaching their staff.

I placed a order April 4th, Was dropped off at China Post April 18th, left Hong Kong April 21st. Now we will see how long it takes to get to me. I think as a business over 2 weeks to ship is bad business.

I've ordered over $10,000 worth of stuff and everything has been received without any issues. They do take a while to get back to you, but they do get back to you!

What are you trying to buy? Every time I look at his prices, I can find it for way better elsewhere.. His prices aren't even that great, and combined with all the reports of bad service, I wouldn't want to buy from him.

I've ordered from this seller a number of times, and EVERY time I feel like there is a chance I won't receive the item, due to the completely absence of communication, tracking info, what have you.

BUT. I have not yet been "scammed" sort to speak.

Don't bother trying to reach him by e-mail. Open a dispute in paypal stating there is no response from seller within 2 weeks from the time of order, or stating it has been a month and no sight of items, tracking numbers, etc. He will eventually have to reply in the paypal communication window. Otherwise, you escalate the dispute to a claim. Pay attention to the dates, there's a limited time period that you can make the claim.

That's about the safest way you can go about order things from this guy.

Now there are plenty of more reputable, good communication, and most important of all... SIMILARLY PRICED sellers out there (for example, e78, rkep, you may need to bargain a little sometime), so, not likely I will be going back to this guy unless he drops the prices by more than $20 USD.

I found the pricing from this store is reasonable. If you do a direct deposit into their HSBC account instead of paying via Paypal or creditcard, they may be able to offer more of a discount.

I have called him in the past - wasn't sure if it was his mobile or work phone and he did pick up.

After reading all the comment here, I still take the risk and placed a large order with him.
But turely poor communitcation. Was 'ok' before I placed my order but after the money transferred 'no heard a word so far'
Wish me luck guys and I would like to give him a positive feedback here.

Again - I have spent almost $20,000 with this guy and no issues. There are some delays in communication but all items do get in my hands without any issues.

Alright guys, as i promised earlier, I will give Badmintonshoponline.us a fair review

    My order : $1200AUD+
    My location : Melbourne VIC

    Money Transferred: 31th July 2012
Emailed 6 times after I transferred my money received 2 replies.
    Goods Received: 17th Aug 2012

It took 17 days overall which i think it's reasonable. Not very good communication but good products.

I wouldn't mind for the wait with the price (anyway,he will need to string all the rackets as well as packaging before posting the item).

I can tell the shop owner is a very nice person but just really short of communication maybe he really too busy.

    Hope it helps.

I've chat with the owner before and he does coaching as his full time job so he is extremely busy with that. Keep in mind that he is juggling that with stringing, selling badminton products, and still trying to keep a life.

Perhaps time for him to hire an assistant. ;)

I would like to know if you already ordered and took the option "Mark it as a gift at low value" so you avoid the tax in your country ???

I want to order few things and is it better to send it separately or altogether?
