Subhankar Dey held his bag and was just about to change the side at the mid game interval of second game. And Indian coach says " hey, wait where are you going ? " Lol

Yeah, Imagine if DK/MR actually won their match, but this is still ok, this much fighting is nice.

Nope. Srikanth lost to sheshar twice this year. So, he is not good enough now to even face 3rd MS of Indonesia

    Minions won in straight sets.
Pheww.. luck was still on INA's side.

If the MS flopped again tomorrow, I smell another upset.

Anything can happen, this mantra is described in men's team semifinal plot.

MAS scores 3-0 triumphant over Japan modest squad, one step better than last edition to cruise into finale this time. Lee Zii Jia plays well en route to final, guiding his team to clinch opening victory, then right momentum sways to Malaysia team. Kanta and Kenta only steal one game against lower-ranked rival especially the latter who fails to overcome WR #72 Cheam June Wei. It looks different atmosphere for Malaysia in team competition, all players perform all out, rise to the occasion when it matters most.

Out of prediction, the underdog India team almost creates major upset if the Daddies couldn't turn their way to seal MD2 match. A brilliant strategy by the Indian despite lost 2-3. On the contrary, it's a wake up call for INA in their campaign to bring back Thomas Cup, represented by real strength here but displays struggling form instead of convincing style. INA men's team is relying heavily on doubles category as the inconsistency problem still hampering singles players. Jonatan Christie, Shesar Hiren Rhustavito succumbed to the fearless Lakshya Sen and Subhankar Dey respectively. Asian Games Champion Christie couldn't hold his nerve that portrayed by three service errors including critical phase, 20-20.

Facing the buoyant Malaysia, it's challenging test for INA to defend BATC trophy.

Meanwhile an ideal final is on course for Women's Team final (10.00am) tomorrow between defending champion Japan versus arch rival Korea, it would go down to the wire.

    Really remarkable from this youngster.
What happened to Nozomi? Is she injured or left this tournament to youngsters? Just curious.

I take my chances with KS. He is lazy. Ginting will definitely destroy him if he had played.

I am more comfortable if Gideon/Kevin is playing first vs. Chia/Soh, Minions will destroy them quick and swift and ahead by 2-0 in the final tomorrow providing Ginting can tame Lee Zii Jia.
