What if the 2 pairs have exactly same notional point? 20200217_115945 by spicychoco posted Feb 17, 2020 at 12:02 PM
I notice BATC ranking point is really high as already updated by BWF, quite unfair for those teams (CHN, HKG) who couldn't make it to Manila last week because travel restriction, just only blamed to their bad luck due to COVID-19 outbreak following BWF & BAC can't do anything to solve the problem.
Maybe there's explanation through BWF regulation : https://corporate.bwfbadminton.com/statutes/#1513733528967-47d667b6-0737
Its the same with TC. But its high only for the players that has high points which is fair because top players dont play that many tournaments.
Same WR with TUC & SC also included for Tokyo Race 2020. Hopefully COVID-19 outbreak will be ended soon (some experts forecast end of April), don't like to witness the unfairness circumstances.
anyone know how to find the winning time on the stage (the video clip) of Indo's men team and Japan's women team ?
True. It really only affected one player's Olympic chances, though: Lee Cheuk Yiu. Granted, Lu Guangzu and Han Yue have the chance to become 3rd singles players in the top 16 and Li/Zheng the 3rd pair in the top 8 but the most realistic additional Chinese Olympians, Han/Zhou, were not even named to the team for Manila. So far, Lee Cheuk Yiu is still in the top 16 but yes, Jorgensen and Srikanth inched closer to him. Thammasin didn't play in Manila and Nishimoto wasn't allowed to win more points than at the Sudirman Cup so Lee got lucky, in a way.
MalaysiaOpen is cancelled. so do SingaporeOpen, it seems. Probably its not bad for Momota that many tournaments get cancelled.
It's not that easy. They seem to have been uploaded by mistake yesterday and now you can't find them. Here is the URL I found them at yesterday. To get a different category, add 1 to the 472 in the URL. I have yet to see the updated Race to Tokyo.
