Think the MD and WS levels are almost the same, hence no particular player or pair will dominate, unlike MS and XD which have VA and HYQ/ZSW respectively.

The two remaining seeds in the MS semifinals cruise through to the final: Loh KY vs Ginting. H2H is 3-2 to Ginting and Ginting has won the last three encounters. This is Loh KY's first final since the 2022 SEA Games which isn't a ranking event, and if you want to look only at ranking events, it's his first final since the 2022 India Open more than a year ago where he lost to Lakshya Sen. The last final he won? His World Championship title back in December 2021. Can Loh KY break his title drought?

Tai TY edges out Yamaguchi in a three-game match that got more and more intense as the match went on. Yamaguchi loses focus towards the end and gives up 4 straight points to lose the deciding game 15-21. This is Tai TY's first final of the year and the first since the Taipei Open back in July 2022. Meanwhile, An SY wins another close match against Chen YF and reaches her sixth final of the year in six tournaments played! Their last encounter was a thrilling All England SF that saw An SY winning 24-22 in the decider after surviving 4 match points. Can Tai TY stop An SY's incredible run?

MD sees Ong/Teo winning straight games against Hoki/Kobayashi now facing Swiss Open champions Shetty/Rankireddy who won a shorter match as Wang CL had to retire due to a thigh injury. H2H is even between the two pairs with Shetty/Rankireddy winning the last encounter in the SF in Switzerland.

Fukushima/Hirota win comfortably against Thai pair Kititharakul/Prajongjai and now face Baek/Lee who lost the first game against Matsumoto/Nagahara but won the next two games comfortably. This is Fukushima/Hirota's third final of the year and they're looking for their first title since... the 2020 Denmark Open, way before Hirota's ACL rupture. Meanwhile this is Baek/Lee's fourth final of the year as a pair (Baek HN has one more than Lee SH having been in the final of the Malaysia Open with former partner Lee YL), and they have won the German Open in March. Last meeting between the two pairs was a straight games win for Fukushima/Hirota at the Indonesia Masters. Can Fukushima/Hirota break their immensely long title drought?

No surprises Zheng/Huang reached the final comfortably and are facing Jiang/Wei. Both have two titles so far this year: the Malaysia Open S1000 and All England Open S1000 for the reigning world champions, and the lower-tier China Masters S100 and Swiss Open S300 for the younger Chinese pair. Who will win their third title? It will be a big surprise if the answer isn't Zheng/Huang.

Super Happy for my WD favs FukuHiro to finally have been on the winning side today despite this being one of the most disgustingly organized tournament.

Wei definitely wanted to win the match today. She was really pushing. Jiang was a bit weaker, hitting into the net often.

CYF has exhausted ASY done it easy for TTY to take this game from ASY..she has heavy strapping on her right leg and making unforced errors also looking tired.

Im rooting for Golden Batch Girl TTY !! Cmon TTY

Lets see if ASY disappoints me again given she has been beating all my Golden batch be it PV,CM,TTY,RI,NO :D

LKY played lifelessly, Ginting didn't even break a sweat in this final match.
The real final for Ginting was when he defeated LSF.
Congrats Ginting, you deserve this BAC title.
