    Jiang Yanjiao defended her title by beating her teammate Wang Lin 18-21 21-18 21-13 in the finals despite trailing 9-11 in the decider at one stage.

    YW/ZJW will rise to world number one next week and they will face LHJ/LKW in the UC. I guess this is LYB's plan.

    Can't see either Jiang or Wang Lin making it to the highest levels of CHN badminton. Lu Lan and Wang Yihan have the inside track at the moment.

    The commentator just said that the Taiwanese gals have lost 10 times and have never beaten the Chinese pair.
