Back of forearm sore after every session. I play about 3 times a week and want to know how to reduce the soreness so that my next session's performance won't be hindered.
I tried icing after session and massage gun before bed. They don't really work.

Too little information in your post. Where exactly is the back of the forearm ? Some sort of picture is the best.

How long has this been going on for?

    How long is each session?

what sort of strokes are you doing in each session? Are you doing a training routine?

are you feeling soreness during the session? If so, is it related to hitting the shuttle?
